Terms of Service

Thank you for considering my art! You can commission me by either contacting me with a request through e-mail, social media, or messaging me on Telegram, which can be found under my "Contact" page. You may also fill out this Google Form: link. This is a general section. Please make sure you read everything in its entirety below.

There is no limitations to what I will or will not draw; however, I will not draw art of any licensed or trademarked material unless you own the rights to the material. This includes art of characters that you do not own, company logos, and such. I will also refuse to depict underage characters, especially in lewd or inappropriate situations. This applies to feral characters as well. You must be 18 or older to order a commission from me.

You are allowed to gift my art to others and reupload my art to social media, but you are not allowed to trade or resell my art under any circumstances. If you are going to use my art commercially, you must identify and credit me as the original artist. You do not have to do this if you are using my art for personal use (i.e. as a gift or otherwise).

All purchases are final once I have started to work on the piece. I will not issue refunds if you suddenly cancel your commission after I have started. If you change your mind, you must do so before I begin working on your commission.

As the artist, I am obligated to openly communicate with you about your order and provide you with frequent, reasonable updates, which will be done via e-mail. Typically, I will update you throughout the process in these steps: 1) once I begin working on the order, 2) once I have finished the rough sketch/draft, 3) once I have finished the lineart, 4) once I have finished coloring, and finally you will receive your completed art fully rendered. You may request any edits during the rough sketch/drafting phase of the process, but you may not request changes afterwards. If I make a mistake during the coloring phase, you may correct me. Please check your e-mail regularly and respond accordingly! As the client, you have the right to hold me to these expectations as well.

Also, please do not place an order if you are not ready to pay immediately!

This section is about payment.

Once I have started working on a commission, I will expect to be paid its full price upfront. If this is an issue, please discuss it with me and do not wait until the last minute. If you order a piece from me, make sure that you are financially prepared to do so - there will be no tolerance about this. Alternatively, I can take 50% upfront and then 50% once the entire piece is finished (which is industry standard).

I will not accept alternative payments outside of Paypal, including wire transfers, direct deposit, or checks. If you do not have Paypal, do not place an order. There are no exemptions. Payments will also be accepted in USD only. Foreign currency will not be accepted.

This section is about prices.

Base prices are as follows:

Headshot: $40.00
Bust/Halfbody: $80.00
Fullbody: $160.00
Custom Character Design: $250.00
Character Reference Sheet: $180.00
Stylized: $160.00

Please note that prices may vary depending on complexity, number of characters, and background. All pieces are fully rendered. A character reference sheet includes a fullbody of the character and a few extra details if desired. A custom character design includes a character reference sheet, extras, and whatever more you request. You may view examples of my artwork and portfolio under my "Gallery" page.

Once I give you a price, it is final. You may not negotiate or lowball me.
